Duties And Essential Functions
- Complete new client tickets for all developer and new clients.
- Set up developer and new clients in KWPM Lynk, Vantaca, Nexus, ClickPay, and KWIC.
- Create the welcome package draft for new clients. Once approved, eblast and mail the welcome package.
- Submit coupon order for new clients.
- Confirm the banking department has set up all bank accounts, new and existing, in Vantaca.
- Confirm ClickPay is active for all new clients.
- Send payment portal eblast for new clients.
- Upload homeowner balances.
- Confirm late fees prior mgmt was charging and in the governing documents.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal team members.
- Provide new management company with departing client’s accounting reports.
- Copy files from KWPM Lynk in a flash-drive or OneDrive for new management.
- Deactivate departed clients in KWPM Lynk, Vantaca, Nexus, ClickPay, and KWIC.
Position Type
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company.
Travel
Some travel will be required to attend company sponsored meetings, trainings, and property visits when necessary.
