  • Work very closely with multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., engineering, platform, infosec) to deliver the envisioned architectures and design using optimized delivery approaches, in compliance with enterprise standards, practices, policies, and guidelines.
  • Provide leadership in product delivery to build and consume reusable functional and technical assets. Identify, define, and implement reusable assets and standards.
  • Provide support to product and project managers in building the plans, forecast, estimations, and costs for new as well as existing products/platforms, to build the appropriate balance between costs, risks, and quality.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to development teams during the delivery phase across the ecosystem, frameworks, and platforms. Ensure that the developed artifacts comply with envisioned architecture and design, expected quality, recommended standards/practices with code reviews, and various levels of architecture, design, and quality reviews.
  • Contribute to architecture and development standards/guidelines to promote optimization and consistency.
  • Work across multiple projects with varied stakeholders. Set architectural direction, build consensus, mediate conflicts, provide technical leadership, and advisory services to the business.
