About the role
The role is hybrid in Lindon, UT. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 2+ years of implementations or client success experience
- An ability to troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments
- A working knowledge of Terminal Services, cloud-based applications, and SaaS platforms
- Basic experience with networks, including routers, switches, modems, printers, and related peripherals
- An understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls)
- Familiarity with common internet connection types: Cable, DSL, Satellite, and Dial-Up
- An ability to configure software and hardware within Terminal Services
- Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, and G Suite is preferred
Responsibilities
Responsible for:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients
- Troubleshooting Windows/macOS environments
- Configuring software and hardware within Terminal Services
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client implementations
- Providing ongoing support and training to clients
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
