Client Support Specialist - Dec 2025 / May 2026 Grads

About the role

ADP is hiring a Client Support Specialist for December 2025 or May 2026 graduates. In this role, you will serve as ADP's front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training their users on ADP technology, and more. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands. Your #1 goal is to help clients who have between 1-49 employees.

What you'll do

• Help clients manage their business using ADP solutions, including troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues; partner with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
• Continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support clients.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls (daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year).

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, December 2025 or May 2026 Grads preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven call center environment as part of a structured day.
• Strong client rapport-building and professional communication skills (both over the phone and in writing) that are clear and easy for clients to understand and act on.

Pay

USD $17.02 - USD $30.14 / Hour*
