About the role
Cotality is a leading global technology company. The Client Success Business Analyst partners with the Strategic Account’s leadership and their clients to translate business problems into clearly defined ROI-justified requirements across multiple systems.

- Interview and partner with client leadership and internal business units to document and prioritize requirements; separate the must-haves from the nice-to-haves.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps) that analysts and AI-driven tooling can execute against.
- Define and pressure-test KPIs and scorecards so they measure what drives client outcomes, then validate that the resulting output answers the original question.
- Map current workflows and design future improvements across the Ecosystem.
- Serve as the bridge between client leadership, internal business units, and the technical/AI teams building the deliverables.
