About the role

The Client Success Operations Lead will play a crucial role in supporting the Versana Sales Team. This position oversees operations that enhance client satisfaction and drive sales success through strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of client needs with sales goals.
  • Manage client relationships, providing proactive support and addressing issues promptly.
  • Oversee the implementation of new client management systems and processes.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to inform future strategies and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other client relationship management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Understanding of sales methodologies and customer journey mapping.
