About the role
The Client Success Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the Versana Sales Team. This position will focus on enhancing client satisfaction through efficient operations and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions
- Support the sales team with operational tasks and reporting
- Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and improve their experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Track and analyze client data to provide insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in client success, customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
