About the role

Sellers Dorsey is seeking a Manager, Client Success who will own day-to-day client relationships for an assigned portfolio of Constyn clients - Sellers Dorsey’s AI-native data platform and suite of population health applications - driving platform onboarding, adoption, and measurable client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of Constyn clients, building trusted relationships with client-side program and clinical leads.
  • Monitor account health and escalates emerging risks to the Director, Client Success before they affect retention.
  • Prepare outcome data, adoption metrics, and account narratives to support Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Lead new client onboarding to Constyn, coordinating implementation timelines with Product and Technology teams.
  • Deliver training and ongoing enablement on platform features, workflows, and reporting tools.
  • Track adoption and utilization metrics and builds action plans for underutilizing accounts.
  • Translate platform usage data into client-facing performance narratives tied to quality, population health, and value-based care goals.
  • Partner with clients to set and track success plans and KPIs.
  • Triage and resolves client platform issues, partnering with Technology and Support teams to ensure timely closure.
  • Channel client feedback to Product to inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Apply and contribute to standardized onboarding, adoption, and success playbooks across the client portfolio.
  • Maintain CRM and account documentation to support forecasting and continuity.

Other Duties as Assigned

Perform additional related duties as needed to support team objectives, client outcomes, and organizational priorities.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred, or additional relevant experience in lieu of an advanced degree.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in client success, account management, or client-facing delivery roles in healthcare SaaS, health tech, or healthcare operations.
  • Experience supporting value-based care, Medicaid, quality improvement, or population health programs preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of client accounts and coordinate cross-functionally with Product and Technology teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing training and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate platform usage data into client-ready insights.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Smartsheet preferred.

Other Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (or reliable transportation) for travel when necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated salary range for candidates is $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market range to up to $140,000/year in our highest geographic market range. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, the candidate’s education, and the candidate’s market location.

Typically, candidates are not hired near the top of the range and compensation decisions are made based upon Sellers Dorsey’s Total Compensation Policies & Guidelines. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in our annual Corporate Incentive Plan (CIP) that can range to up to 10% of annual salary.

Provided they meet all eligibility requirements under the applicable plan documents, the successful candidate (and their eligible dependents) will be eligible to enroll in group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, and vision and for insurance plans offering short term disability, long term disability, and basic life.

Employees are also able to enroll in Sellers Dorsey’s 401k plan provided they meet plan requirements.

Sellers Dorsey offers a Flexible Time Off that allows employees to use what they need. Additionally, we offer 16 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, paid time off for qualifying medical leave, and up to 12 weeks of combined paid parental and bonding leave.

The foregoing benefits and paid time off, including an employee’s eligibility therefore, will be controlled by applicable plan documents and Sellers Dorsey policy.
