About the role
We are looking for a driven Client Success Manager who is willing to innovate, create, learn, and grow with us. The Client Success Manager works to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting Sales, Design, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and invoiced accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Understand, assess, and document specific customer needs and requirements to appropriately process customer job orders and communicate both verbally and in writing with the customer.
- Train and stay up to date with Sales to understand specific customer needs and requirements in order to provide appropriate customer service.
- Act as the inside customer contact for all work in process, including communications for new specifications and quotations, changes in existing projects, proof approvals, and sample deliveries.
- Work in cooperation with Sales, Planners, Production Scheduling, and Operations to maintain on-time delivery schedules for customers.
- Attend daily scheduling meetings and organize release meetings.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring art and proofs are returned on time to meet due dates and monitoring scheduling to avoid delays.
- Perform order entry tasks and collaborate with internal and external clients cross-functionally, either on a team or individually.
- Support Sales with submitting RFQs to estimating and submitting quotations to clients, and work with Design as needed for engineering and prototyping customer projects.
Requirements
- Associate or 4-year college degree.
- Ability to collaborate well with a variety of people, staff, and customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong organizational and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency with data entry, PC & Mac software.
Qualifications
Experience in the printing, packaging, or retail merchandising industry is a plus.
