Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation for new hospital clients, designing onboarding plans tailored to each client's clinical, operational, and IT structure.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across CDI teams, service line leaders, and physicians.
- Own a portfolio of hospital client relationships, conducting regular business reviews, monitoring utilization and outcomes data, and proactively surfacing performance insights.
- Continuously re-sell value to stakeholders at every level and present clinical and financial impact data.
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities across service lines, departments, and modules. Partner with Sales leadership on surface outcomes data + support retention/growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years in healthcare SaaS customer success, healthcare consulting, or a hybrid implementation/advisory role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships within hospital or health system environments.
- Experience engaging physicians, CDI professionals, and C-suite executives (CFO/CMO level).
- Track record of expanding accounts through strong relationships and demonstrated value.
- Consultative presence and comfort operating as a strategic partner.
- Prior background in clinical documentation improvement (CDI), revenue cycle, or hospital quality/performance programs.
- Prior consulting firm or advisory services experience with healthcare provider clients.
- Exposure to value-based care models.

- Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 salary + Comission
