About The Job
As the Client Success Director (CSD), you are the single, indispensable point of contact for CareATC's most valued clients, translating their strategic vision into concrete success. You will own the client relationship within your designated area, ensuring deep integration, high satisfaction, and significant business growth. This is a dynamic, high-visibility role for a proven leader who thrives on strategy, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage expectations, drive renewals, and expand our partnership footprint.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated client portfolio, managing communications, escalations, and the full client life cycle.
- Strategy, Growth & Renewal: Lead the creation of strategic roadmaps, consult on program design, and identify upsell opportunities to achieve retention and revenue growth targets.
- Financial & Contractual Health: Negotiate contract renewals, manage escalators, and oversee the execution of contracts and pricing models.
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with Operations, Clinical, and Implementation teams to manage service delivery, resolve issues efficiently, and relay client goals and KPIs back to the organization.
- Strategic Consulting & Analysis: Advise clients on wellness goals, support their program design, and present data-driven performance and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.
- Onboarding & Account Planning: Work with the Implementation team on new client start-ups and product rollouts, developing and maintaining comprehensive account plans.
- Mentorship (Where Applicable): Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of belonging and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in client success, account management, or customer service.
- Strong business acumen, including budget management and business planning.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive client outcomes.
- Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
- Experience with CRM platforms or customer data applications preferred.
Pay
$140,000-$150,000 + Annual Bonus

Full-Time | Remote
Candidates must reside in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; St. Louis, MO; Tulsa, OK; or Southern California.
