INTOO is seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and ambitious Client Success Associate (CSA) to join our team! This is an essential role within our Client Success organization, partnering closely with our Client Success Managers (CSMs) and Global Operations Manager to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients and candidates. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly on a daily basis, and takes pride in bringing organization, responsiveness, and consistency to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Client Success Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Serve as a trusted operational resource by supporting client onboarding, implementation, ongoing account management activities, and renewal efforts.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client, candidate, and internal inquiries, ensuring a positive and timely experience.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure operational excellence, identify issues proactively, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Prepare executive business reviews, renewal presentations, reporting, and other client-facing materials by analyzing internal dashboards and performance data.
  • Utilize Salesforce, DocuSign, and other business systems to review, process, and maintain client contracts, support implementation activities, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Assist with candidate engagement efforts, outreach campaigns, and administrative support related to career transition and development programs.
  • Support Client Success team and projects concurrently while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Exercise sound judgment when balancing competing requests, adjusting priorities as business needs evolve, and ensuring critical deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication and execution on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of experience supporting client accounts, implementation, reporting, operations, customer success, or account management.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and similar business applications.
  • Experience supporting contract administration, operations, or client onboarding processes, including reviewing agreements, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely execution of client deliverables.
  • Preferred experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR, career services, career development, or outplacement.
  • General interest in career transition services, including resume development, LinkedIn optimization, career coaching, or workforce development.
  • Experience supporting a team responsible for client retention, account management, or revenue-generating activities.
  • Proven ability to organize work effectively while managing multiple priorities in a client-facing environment.
