Client Success Associate

About the role

i.c.stars creates economic opportunity for underserved communities by bridging disconnected young adults with the high‑growth tech sector. Participants learn by doing, building web‑based applications to solve client challenges while receiving coding, business, and leadership instruction, gaining the professional network needed to jumpstart their careers.

Responsibilities

• Support client relationships and program participants as they build web‑based applications.
• Coordinate between clients and the community of technologists to ensure deliverables are met.
• Onboard into remote operations, connect with the network of employers and participants, and begin supporting client engagements.
• Advance the mission of creating economic opportunity through remote work (20 hours/week) under a 3‑month probation period.
