About the Role
This role focuses on mastering the basics of Operational Excellence as a Client Success Associate. You will manage the daily operations of existing and new client accounts, including load building, scheduling appointments, tracking shipments, and providing timely updates internally and externally. The position requires a detail-oriented, process-driven, and customer-obsessed individual who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings.
Responsibilities
- Manage load board daily, including data entry for load building, scheduling, tracking, and closing out loads to ensure execution.
- Focus on accuracy and timeliness while building loads for customer accounts.
- Obtain pickup and delivery appointments from shippers and consignees within the customer’s network.
- Deliver effective and timely communication with carrier representatives and customer contacts regarding rescheduling, tracking updates, and delays.
- Proactively communicate with customer contacts when shipments are delayed.
- Understand the customer’s committed lanes and determine when to accept or reject tendered loads.
- Build a strong knowledge base of the industry, foundational skills, and Arrive operations through continuous learning.
- Expand relationships with customer contacts through professional and timely communication.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Carrier teams to resolve issues and provide best-in-class customer service.
- Maximize profitability by evaluating appointment times, flexibility, and other attributes to secure the best rates.
- Prioritize exceptions by working with the Carrier team to provide timely updates to customers.
- Proactively address potential concerns for aging shipments with management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study preferred.
- Proven commitment and work ethic in academic or professional settings.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to take and execute verbal/written instructions with confidence.

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hour, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits.
