Duties
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to build and maintain relationships, assisting in defining requirements and establishing expectations for business units, technical teams and service/production groups.
- Serve as a liaison between the client and IT teams, providing recommendations and updates throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Monitor work requests and workflows to ensure delivery milestones and timelines can be met, escalating efforts as needed.
- Develop SLA metrics based on client and business requirements, work with the technical teams during development and critical incidents to ensure SLAs can be met.
- Support client budgets to identify any cost optimization or product improvement opportunities, guiding the client through options available.
- Develop training and product support documentation for training teams.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in developing client relationships and communications through product development and delivery.
- Experience working for enterprise clients and delivery management.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications.
