Client Solutions Specialist - Manufacturing

This is a multi-functional role combining customer service, consultative support, administrative accuracy, and hands-on operational assistance. Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Ask clarifying questions to understand project requirements and recommend products Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders Enter and review orders in the order management system Process payments and generate invoices Maintain organized customer records and order histories Communicate order status and shipping timelines Coordinate order flow from office to warehouse Generate shipping labels and prepare orders for pickup Assist with pulling, packing, and shipping as needed Support inventory counts and discrepancy reporting Operate light machinery (cable cutting equipment) after training What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or operations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working independently and in a small team setting Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B environments Familiarity with ERP or order management systems Exposure to shipping, logistics, or inventory processes Ability to learn technical or product-based information Next Steps: Click "Apply" or reach us directly Isabel Jimenez (360) 553-7221 ijimenez@optistaffing.com Keyshawn Thomas (360) 553-7218 kthomas@optistaffing.com
