for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include headings for sections that have content. The posting includes "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "About TikTok", "Why Join Us", "Diversity & Inclusion", "TikTok Accommodation", "Job Information". However we must only include sections when posting has real, specific content for it, and not include filler. Also we must not repeat job title as heading (none given). We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also we must not include sections like Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes compensation description and benefits details under "Job Information". So we can include a Benefits section (maybe also Pay). The rules: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine some. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include responsibilities list, qualifications list (minimum and preferred), about TikTok description, why join us, diversity & inclusion, accommodation, compensation and benefits. We must not include duplicated lines. The responsibilities heading appears twice? In the text: "Responsibilities" appears as a heading then bullet list starts with "Responsibilities - Act as a Consultant..." Actually there is a line "Responsibilities" then bullet list starting with "- Act as a Consultant...". There's also a paragraph before bullet list: "The Industry Operations Team at TikTok formulates industry strategy..." That's part of responsibilities description. So we should include that prose as

Similarly Qualifications: there is "Minimum Qualification(s)" and "Preferred Qualification(s)" with bullet lists.

We must not include sections like Pay or Schedule separately unless stated. Compensation is stated, so we can include Pay? The rule says: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state compensation and benefits, so we can include a Pay section? But they gave examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could have separate Pay and Benefits sections. However they say prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one "Compensation and Benefits". That's acceptable as it's still substantive.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
