Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationships.
- Partner with the Programmatic Operations team to ensure flawless campaign setup, delivery, and optimizations.
- Translate client objectives into strategic campaign plans, providing insights and recommendations.
- Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable updates to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow client partnerships through upsells and cross-sells in collaboration with Sales.
- Maintain deep knowledge of client preferences, historical performance, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital media buying, DSPs, analytics platforms, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on strategic storytelling.
- Highly organized and confident managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for building lasting client relationships.

$65,000 - $85,000 USD
Schedule
Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Verve For Advertisers employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office three days per week.
