Client Solutions Director – Sensr Analytics and Databridge

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for client solutions and success management for Gen II’s proprietary performance & attribution and data platforms, Sensr Analytics and DataBridge. You will be working closely with our clients and Gen II’s internal teams (e.g. accounting, onboarding, and product management) to successfully realize initial and continuous value on the platforms. As a trusted subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and advice.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own senior relationships with clients - manage and monitor client health
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to understand customer needs, manage expectations, handle & escalate risk and communicate statuses
  • Architect and implement solutions to client use cases and/or business problems
  • Collaborate with product management to improve products and/or workflows
  • Manage, grow and mentor client success managers

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in fintech (SaaS, Technology Services or Software industry) or financial services
  • Knowledge of performance & valuation reporting, financial reporting, and/or general ledger accounting
  • Relationship and crisis management experience
  • Strong Technical Solutioning experience – you apply technical and business acumen to fully leverage platform capabilities to solve business problems or address client inquiries
  • Expert in Excel and its applications in finance (e.g. modeling, reporting, etc.) – you love to tinker and can write formulas with ease
  • Experience with data ETL and related systems (e.g. data flows, databases, data delivery, API’s, etc.)
  • Team management experience
  • Technical implementations experience

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s degree. Finance (Accounting, Finance, Economics) and/or STEM degree
  • Fund accounting (ideally Private Equity) experience
  • AI experience
  • Project management experience

  • Ability to learn on-the-job quickly, apply learning to recommend solutions to issues
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes and procedures in a rapidly changing environment

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $190,000 in addition to a commission plan and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offer within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.

Schedule

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our office and two (2) days remotely.
