Client Solutions Architect

About the role

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. This global opportunity is open to candidates across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East & Africa, and Asia Pacific. You will be accountable for defining and governing the architecture of Mace consult client-facing systems, ensuring alignment between technology, data, and business objectives. The role provides architectural leadership across construction project platforms, with strong expertise in Oracle Construction Cloud, digital delivery, and emerging construction technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a broad understanding of the overall architecture, business and system processes, data, and technology across all client projects.
• Understand business strategy and utilize expertise to create product architectures and capabilities that meet the strategic requirements of the business.
• Own and deliver the target architecture, transition architectures, and solution architectures for construction projects technology and client projects covering Oracle Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, 3D mapping and drone technology, and other related platforms.
• Ensure innovations are production-ready, supportable, scalable, and successfully adopted by client projects.
• Act as a thought leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in how construction projects technology can optimize, streamline, and accelerate client projects.
• Collaborate closely with client projects and product teams, the wider Architecture Team, System Integrators, Support Team Leads, and Software Vendors to design solution architectures for key client projects and provide oversight for their execution.
• Mentor other solution architects and project team members on best practices, implementation approach, and system design.
• Operate credibly with senior business stakeholders, Digital leadership, and Client Project stakeholders.

Requirements

• TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification (or equivalent).
• Oracle ERP certifications.
• Demonstrated understanding of Oracle Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, 3D mapping and drone technology, and other related technologies.
• Expertise in applying architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent.
• Proven ability to design target architectures, transition states, and end-to-end solution architectures for your domain.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, API-led architectures, and middleware technologies.
• Experience governing architecture across complex, multi-system environments.
