Client Solution Analyst

About the role

The Client Solution/Business Analyst is a key member of the Client Delivery Services (CDS) team at MMIT. This role is crucial for ensuring that client business needs are met through the development of requirements and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsibilities

• Understand scope and objectives by thoroughly understanding business systems and requirements.
• Act as a liaison with end-user clients during the design and configuration of software requirements and customer specifications.
• Excel in ambiguous environments, rapidly iterating and adapting to changes.
• Develop relationships and communicate effectively with clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into proper system requirement specifications.
• Adhere to process workflows SLAs and escalation protocols.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Promo suite of solutions.
• Prepare Pharma regulatory submission materials and submit documentation into client systems when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required.
• 2-5 years of professional experience.
• Understanding of the Pharma and Market Access space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Pay

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
