Responsibilities

• Be the trusted advisor for HR leaders, CFOs, brokers, and client managers by building strong relationships and solving complex issues at the root cause.
• Drive smarter solutions by spotting trends, educating clients on self-service tools, and improving processes that enhance the employer and member experience.
• Own critical processes such as eligibility updates, HSA funding, payroll reconciliation, and troubleshooting integrations to keep operations seamless.
• Lead with impact by helping manage team workflows, coaching peers, and ensuring performance metrics and service standards are consistently met.
• Deepen your expertise in plan design, eligibility, claims, and product functionality while guiding clients toward best practices and optimized outcomes.
• Champion escalations by listening to customers, coordinating across departments, and delivering timely, consistent resolutions that build lasting trust.

Requirements

• Experience in CDHP space or in highly regulated markets such as financial services, investment management, or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience with employer contacts, senior management, and business decision makers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Pay

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Compensation Range: $53,000.00 - $90,400.00
