Client Services Specialist (Teller)

About the role

Plumas Bank seeks a full-time Client Services Specialist (Teller) to work in their Portola, CA branch. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, 6 months prior teller/banking and/or cash handling experience preferred, excellent customer service and phone skills, dependability, and good computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Handle transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Process loan applications and assist with account maintenance
• Manage cash and ensure accuracy in transactions
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in person
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
