Client Services Specialist - Commercial Lines (On-site)

About the role

Vaco is assisting a well-known insurance services and risk management leader in the Birmingham area identify a Client Services Specialist with 2-4 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, ordering, checking, invoicing and transmitting changes to client policies
• Checking new and renewal policies or policy checklists
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in the agency's data management system

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution is a plus
• 2-4 years of commercial insurance experience is required
• Property and Casualty License required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience using agency management systems (TAM experience is preferred)
