Aloha Animal Hospital is seeking a Front Desk SuperStar to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their pets.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in person, over the phone, and in writing via email
- Build positive relationships with team members
- Adapt to changes in a positive manner
Requirements
- Experience assisting clients in various formats
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a veterinary medical setting is a plus but not required
- Track record for building positive relationships with team members
