Client Services Representative
About the role
Carriage Animal Hospital is seeking passionate and dependable individuals to join our growing practice. The primary job for a Client Service Representative is to exceed client’s expectations for outstanding client service while maintaining hospital standards and positive patient advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments for a wide variety of services
- Maintaining accurate client and patient information
- Collecting payments
- Emergency patient triage
- Lobby upkeep
- Addressing client questions or concerns
Requirements
- A strong foundational understanding and ability to perform basic responsibilities including (but not limited to): Multi Tasking, Payment Handling, Telephone Skills, Client Communication Skills, Veterinary Knowledge, Computer Skills - Knowledge of Cornerstone is a plus!
Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday (8:00am – 6:00pm) Saturday (8:00am - 2:00pm) Closed Sundays

Pay
The base hourly range for this position is $15-$18. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
