About the role

Sahuaro Vista Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Tucson/Oro Valley, AZ. This position offers full-time and part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
• Manage a multi-line phone system—answering questions, scheduling appointments, and routing messages accurately.
• Check clients in and out, manage invoices, process payments, and accurately balance a daily drawer.
• Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication via phone, email, and text platforms.
• Assist clients with pharmacy pickups, prescription food orders, and basic preventative care inquiries.
• Manage and update electronic medical records with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service experience is required.
• Previous experience in a veterinary hospital or medical office is a major plus.

Skills

• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable learning new software.
• A solid knack for problem-solving.
