Who We Are
Located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital is a multi-service facility offering general practice, 24/7 emergency care, and specialty services including internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and more. We also provide boarding, daycare, grooming, and rehabilitation.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and patients warmly, providing a positive first impression
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
- Aid in check-ins and check-outs for emergency, specialty, and general practice services
- Guide clients through treatment plans, billing, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all client information is up-to-date
- Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs to keep hospital operations running smoothly
- Provide clear, compassionate communication — especially in emergency or emotional situations
- Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Anticipated Schedule
This is a full-time position with the following set schedule: Tuesdays 7:00am- 5:00pm, Wednesdays 10:00am - 8:00pm, Fridays and Saturdays 6:00am - 4:00pm
Compensation
Starting at $18.00/hour
