About the role

We are seeking a full-time CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our high-volume Call Center. This position is a critical part of our firm’s success and requires an energetic, reliable team player with strong multitasking abilities and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Receive all inbound calls to the firm and handle them accordingly (complete intakes for new potential clients or accurately transfer existing clients, vendors, and applicants).
  • Document all calls in the firm's case management software (FileVine Case Management system).
  • Manage and respond to online/live chat inquiries professionally.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, legal staff, medical providers, co-workers, etc.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of prior call center experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Maintain the highest confidentiality standards for all client contact.
  • Accurate data entry in our FileVine Case Management system.
  • Basic PC and telephone skills.
  • Familiarity with Outlook email and Microsoft Word.
  • Able to work in an office/call center setting as the position is local to San Antonio (position is in-office/onsite).
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • FileVine and Five9 experience is a plus.

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
