About the role
We are seeking a full-time CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our high-volume Call Center. This position is a critical part of our firm’s success and requires an energetic, reliable team player with strong multitasking abilities and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Receive all inbound calls to the firm and handle them accordingly (complete intakes for new potential clients or accurately transfer existing clients, vendors, and applicants).
- Document all calls in the firm's case management software (FileVine Case Management system).
- Manage and respond to online/live chat inquiries professionally.
- Communicate professionally with clients, legal staff, medical providers, co-workers, etc.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of prior call center experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Maintain the highest confidentiality standards for all client contact.
- Accurate data entry in our FileVine Case Management system.
- Basic PC and telephone skills.
- Familiarity with Outlook email and Microsoft Word.
- Able to work in an office/call center setting as the position is local to San Antonio (position is in-office/onsite).
- Bilingual is a plus.
- FileVine and Five9 experience is a plus.
Pay
$16.00 per hour
Schedule
8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
