Client Services & Operations Specialist (Wealth Management)
What Success Looks Like In This Role
Provide front-to-back operational support for complex account openings, ensuring the client is successfully onboarded, documentation is complete and accurate, technical issues are resolved, and questions are answered promptly.
Become a trusted point of contact and deliver exceptional client experiences by managing a high volume of communications and service requests with speed and precision.
Support financial advisors by preparing client review materials and maintaining account documentation.
Own operational excellence by mastering CRM tools and proactively resolving client service issues in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrate initiative by actively learning, asking thoughtful questions, and seeking out ways to improve processes and client outcomes.
Multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and the ability to step back and see the big picture.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3+ years of operations experience in wealth management and/or executive-level administrative experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a proactive mindset
- Comfort with technology and CRM systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and professionalism
- A natural curiosity and drive to learn, ask questions, and grow
- Ability to multitask with accuracy while keeping the broader client and business goals in view
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Valued)
- Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain
- Series 7 and 65 licenses

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.00 to $35.00/hour.
