About the role

Colliers Nashville is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to support a team of leading commercial real estate brokers. This individual will serve as a critical extension of the brokerage team, helping drive client service, transaction execution, marketing initiatives, market research, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality marketing materials (presentations, proposals, brochures, and listing assets) aligned with brand standards
  • Coordinate property marketing campaigns, listings, and marketing platforms/databases
  • Serve as a resource for business development materials, pitch decks, and client communications
  • Support brokers with transaction execution, including tracking milestones, documentation, and reporting
  • Coordinate communication across brokers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Conduct market research, including surveys, comparables, and data validation
  • Maintain and analyze market intelligence databases; prepare reports and insights for clients and internal teams
  • Optimize workflows, systems, and templates to improve team efficiency
  • Stay highly organized across multiple priorities while proactively supporting team and client needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, professional services, marketing, project management, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar design software preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
