Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day administration and service delivery for multiple complex National Accounts clients in close partnership with Account Executives, serving as the primary client liaison and ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients and internal MetLife partners.
- Coordinate and facilitate ongoing client meetings (in-person and virtual), including preparation of agendas, materials, presentations, and meeting minutes, while participating in Finalist and Stewardship meetings and delivering consultative solutions aligned with client needs.
- Drive client satisfaction through timely execution, strategic account planning, client audits, and collaboration with financial teams and internal stakeholders to complete client reports and support contract compliance and execution.
- Partner with the Proposal Unit to research and respond to RFP questionnaires and serve as a subject matter expert supporting the Customer Unit and National Accounts teams as needed.
- Maintain strong knowledge of MetLife's group insurance products, competitor offerings, industry trends, and relevant legal and regulatory developments to support effective client interactions and analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry supporting account management or client service functions, with a demonstrated passion for client service excellence.
- Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting tools such as Teams and Webex.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting Life Recordkeeping and Absence/Disability insurance products.
- Demonstrated ability to balance client expectations with organizational capabilities.
Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $64,800 - $86,400. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
