Client Services Co-Op
About the role
The candidate will have the opportunity to interact with cross-functional business partners within Innophos (Sales, Tech Services, Transportation and Logistics, Planning, Finance, etc.), and gain an understanding how the organization works together to service our clients. Communicate with internal and external customers as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Update active customer accounts with their preferred requirements in JDE Customer onboarding
- Aid in order entry as needed
- Upload invoices and certificate of analysis to customer portals
- Audit and revise shipping branch print messages
- Create and/or update SOPs such as CRR, Customer Onboarding and Order Entry
Required Education
Completion of sophomore college year in Supply Chain
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

- Proficient in MS Suite
