Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule client appointments and manage therapist calendars.
- Provide ongoing support to clients regarding attendance, treatment questions, and billing inquiries.
- Utilize our Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform to accurately record client information and manage appointments.
- Generate reports to track client progress and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Provide excellent customer service and foster a supportive environment for clients.
