E8 Telecommunications is seeking a Client Services Associate to support a renowned client in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in building, coordinating, and executing client projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service
- Process tasks and requests to meet client expectations
- Work cross-functionally with the Client Services Associate and Quality Assurance teams to evaluate and execute industry-leading client experiences
- Manage the flow of inquiries, requests, and upgrades through the pipeline, ensuring timely processing and completion
- Report and communicate on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) critical to the success of the respective account and relevant executives
- Design and implement client communication initiatives to enhance follow-up, satisfaction, and retention
- Ensure standard operating procedures are successfully executed and maintained by all team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred but not required
- 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role in the business sphere
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
