About the role

We are always looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a senior relationship manager to handle administrative and operational client requests, serving as the primary contact for day-to-day inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior relationship manager on all client requests of an administrative or operational nature, including client contact as directed
  • Serve as the contact person for day-to-day requests or questions from clients
  • Complete sub-docs and wires per client instruction
  • Book various client directives and investment transactions into the Black Diamond and/or CRM system (e.g., upcoming capital calls, wire transfer payouts)
  • Assist with reporting and reconciliation as needed
  • Fulfill internal requests as designated by relationship managers (e.g., client-specific projects)
  • File and complete paperwork for insurance, trust, estate, and other issues as designated by the relationship manager
  • Assist with household requests (e.g., bill pay, ad-hoc client-specific household situations)
  • Assist with tax preparation and work with accountants to provide all tax information for clients as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (finance or business a plus)
  • 5–7 years' experience, preferably in the wealth management business
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Responsiveness and timeliness are critical
  • Excel and spreadsheet proficiency
  • Familiarity with Black Diamond, Salesforce, and Wealthscape is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Work in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
