About the role

At TeamBuilders Behavioral Health, the Client Services Specialist serves as the first impression for individuals seeking mental health services. This role is responsible for greeting clients, coordinating care, and connecting people to life-changing support through psychiatric services, therapy, and supportive programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and create a comforting environment for those seeking support.
• Coordinate psychiatric service scheduling, perform brief intake interviews, and verify insurance to ensure seamless access to care.
• Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers, assisting with essential paperwork and program enrollment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and school partners to process referrals within 24 hours, ensuring timely access to help.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of conduct.

Skills

• Friendly, professional, and ideally bilingual in English and Spanish to serve the diverse Southern New Mexico community.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities, including proficiency in Google Suite and EMR data entry.
• Ability to maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment.
