About the Opportunity
The Client Service Specialist plays a key role in managing routine client requests and facilitating communication across departments to ensure efficient service delivery. This position contributes to the organization by handling inquiries related to enrollment, eligibility, claims review, and reporting, thereby supporting clients in accessing and managing their healthcare benefits effectively.
Responsibilities
- Handle routine client requests via phone and email, including enrollment, eligibility, claims review, and reporting inquiries
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper handling and resolution of research issues
- Utilize internal systems to manage client requests
- Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FSA/HSA product administration
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Adaptability to change and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
- Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as needed
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The hourly pay for this role ranges from $20.00 to $36.00 based on full-time employment. The pay range and compensation package consider factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
