What You'll Do As a Client Service Specialist, you will serve as a key member of our Service Experience Team and help ensure clients receive a seamless, professional, and personalized experience. Responsibilities include: Serve as the first point of contact for clients by answering incoming calls and acting as a professional gatekeeper for the practiceCreate an exceptional client scheduling experience and coordinate meetings efficientlyPrepare client meeting materials and assist with meeting preparationFollow up with clients regarding service requests and ensure timely resolutionProcess simple trades and money movement requestsSupport account maintenance and client service workflowsMaintain accurate documentation and follow established proceduresIdentify opportunities to improve the client experience and internal processesCollaborate with advisors and team members to support the overall success of the practice Career Growth & Development At Sage Advisor Group, this role is not a "sit in a chair and do the same thing forever" position. Work Schedule This position will begin primarily in-office to support training, onboarding, and integration into the practice.
