Marblestone Wealth - A Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial Location: In-Office - Colchester, VT Employment Type: Full-time About The Role Marblestone Wealth is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Specialist to join our growing wealth management practice. This role is central to delivering a high-touch client experience while ensuring the seamless execution of investment operations and service processes. You will partner closely with Financial Advisors to support client relationships, execute transactions, and manage day-to-day operational workflows. Key Responsibilities Client Service & Operations Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service needs, delivering a high-quality client experience while building and strengthening long-term relationshipsSupport account servicing, including transfers, forms, and client communications Facilitate money movement (wires, ACH, rollovers) and manage account updates Execute trades and ensure all truncations are accurately tracked, documented, and maintained within client records in accordance with compliance requirements. Prepare client reports and coordinate with external partners as needed Onboarding & Team Support Partner with the home office to resolve account issues and ensure timely completion of transactions Assist with team initiatives, process improvements, and overall practice operations Maintain compliance with all regulatory and firm standards Why Join Our Practice Join a growing wealth management practice where your role can evolve as you develop.
