Job Description: Our client is seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Client Service Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting the daily administrative needs of the office. The ideal candidate will have extensive front-office or office management experience, a professional communication style, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. This role is well suited for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and keeping office operations organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming callers, ensuring they receive a professional and welcoming experience.Manage incoming phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.Assist clients with routine administrative questions and requests.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.Monitor and maintain office supply inventory and assist with ordering as needed.Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, scanning, and other clerical tasks.Keep reception, conference rooms, and shared office areas neat, organized, and client-ready.Enter and maintain accurate client and administrative information within the company’s CRM/database.Help support the overall organization and smooth operation of the office.Assist with occasional evening client events and presentations as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.10+ years of experience in reception, front-office administration, office management, or a similar professional environment.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Ability to successfully complete a Microsoft Office skills assessment.Experience working in professional services, financial services, or a similar client-facing environment is preferred.Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on responsibilities.Comfortable learning new technology and software systems. Additional Details: Employment Type: Direct Hire / PermanentSchedule: Monday-Thursday, approximately 9:00 AM-6:00 PM; Friday approximately 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.Full-time schedule includes weekly half-day Fridays.Occasional evening events may be required, including client dinner presentations.Interview process is expected to consist of 1-2 interview rounds.This is an in-person position based in Peoria, AZ.Opportunities for long-term career growth and advancement are available.
