Client Service Representative - Receptionist

About the role

Pets and Vets as Partners is a dog and cat general practice in West Lafayette, Indiana, accredited by AAHA. We provide comprehensive care to the Greater Lafayette community with a focus on quality pet care and low-stress handling.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, manage phone, online, and in-person communication
• Schedule appointments and keep the daily schedule running smoothly
• Cookpilot communication between clients, DVMs, and technical staff
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with outside clinics/labs
• Review invoices, process payments, and support prescription fulfillment
• Keep client areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Education clients on products, services, and online pharmacy options

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

$14/hour starting salary, with potential for increase based on skills and experience

Schedule

Full-time hours: 30–38 per week
