Client Service Representative - Printsmith Vision Experience Required

About the role

The Client Service Representative (CSR) establishes and maintains positive relationships with customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met. We’re looking for teammates with a positive attitude who are driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. This is a full-time position within a small, passionate, and fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal representative for new business and existing clients.
• Convey expertise in products, services, and capabilities.
• Act as an external key educator for clients.
• Communicate client requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Confer with clients by telephone, email, or in-person to provide information, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
• Determine charges for services, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Conduct customer needs assessments, meet quality standards for service, and evaluate customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of print or signs experience.
• PrintSmith Vision experience mandatory.
• Graphic design experience a plus but not necessary.
• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite a plus but not necessary.
• Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.
• Problem-solving mindset.
