Client Service Representative I

Full-Time | Sunday – Wednesday 6 AM – 4 PM

Compensation

Starting at $18.00/hour

Qualifications

• Professional experience working with animals (required). Examples include experience in a veterinary hospital, pet store, doggy daycare, grooming facility, kennel, animal shelter, zoo, or similar animal‑care environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a genuine enjoyment interacting with people.
• Confidence handling questions, concerns, and emotional situations with patience and compassion.
• Ability to stay organized and composed while juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced hospital.
• Enjoy problem‑solving and finding ways to help.
• Dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable discussing pets, veterinary services, and client needs with confidence and professionalism.
• Veterinary, medical, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
