Client Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Introduce bank products and services to customers
• Participate in the sales program
• Process debit and credit transactions
• Assist with customer relation issues
• Order and ship all cash for the banking center
• Maintain CTR (Currency Transaction Report) records
• Manage the banking center vault, including balancing the vault, disbursing cash to other designated team members, and ordering/shipping currency as needed
• Open new accounts (where applicable)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years of cash handling experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong balancing record
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy boxes of coin

Pay

The salary range for this position is $17.00/hr. - $27.50/hr. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.
