Client Service Operations Associate, Hedge Fund

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, providing responsive and high-touch service.Manage client inquiries, account requests, and operational issues while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.Prepare and distribute client reporting, performance updates, and fund-related documentation with a high degree of accuracy.Support investor onboarding, subscriptions/redemptions, KYC/AML processes, and ongoing account maintenance.Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of fund products and operations.
