Client Service Manager II
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to include sections that have content.
We have:
- About the role: there is a paragraph "About the Role" describing role. So we can have About the role
then
with that content. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" includes bullet points (list). So we can have
Responsibilities
then- items.
- Qualifications: there is "Qualifications" heading with bullet list of required and nice-to-have. So we can have
Qualifications
then- for required and maybe separate for nice-to-have? Could combine but better to separate? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have separate lists: required qualifications and nice-to-have. Could have two
- under same heading or separate headings? Probably just one
- Build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with agents/brokers and clients by understanding business priorities, service expectations and evolving needs.
- Build and recommend comprehensive service plans for complex risks, partnering with risk control on plan development
- Monitor action items and adjust the service plan based on customer and broker feedback
- Lead regular meetings with customers and brokers to ensure service results track to plan
- Coordinate delivery across internal functional teams through proactive follow-up and communication
- Design solutions for a range of customer concerns and de-escalate difficult interactions when they arise
- Improve how issues are reported, tracked, escalated, and resolved
- Ensure all parties have a clear, shared understanding of roles and responsibilities
- Manage the installation process for new and existing accounts, looping in internal partners as needed
- Support the renewal process
- Use existing relationships to identify and position round-out opportunities, recommending the right products for each customer
- Participate in prospecting through service analysis and service presentations for assigned prospects
- Represent the company at industry forums and events
- Contribute to internal training by developing materials and presenting on assigned topics
- Ensure ongoing compliance across managed accounts
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience in Client Service, account management, or a related insurance/risk management role.
- Demonstrated experience managing large or complex commercial accounts, ideally with broker relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design solutions for varied and sometimes competing customer needs
- Proven ability to lead meetings and influence outcomes with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders without direct authority over them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to external audiences
- Ability to work independently under limited supervision while managing multiple accounts and priorities at once
- Experience with risk control programs or working alongside risk control teams (Nice to have)
- Commercial Lines experience required (Nice to have? Actually says required? It says "Commercial Lines experience required" under Nice To Have? Actually it's listed under Nice To Have Experience: "Commercial Lines experience required". We'll keep as is.)
- Claims experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience in prospecting or business development within an account management role
- Property & casualty insurance industry background
- Completed or pursuing insurance certifications, designations (eg: ARM, CPCU)
- with all items, but we could separate with
headings inside? Simpler: one
- with all qualification items (both required and nice-to-have). But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can include both required and nice-to-have as list items.
- Pay: Salary range given: "$101,000 to $140,500 - final offer based on experience and skills." Also there is Pay Philosophy paragraph but that's generic; we should not include filler like "commensurate with experience". The Pay Philosophy includes generic statements; but we have specific salary range, so we can include Pay section with that range and note final offer based on experience and skills. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") . The phrase "final offer based on experience and skills" is not filler; it's specific. So we can include Pay section.
- Schedule: location requirement: "This selected person must live in Chicago within 50 miles of Chicago office, with on-site requirements two days a week. Please note this is subject to change." That's schedule/location info. So we can have
Schedule
withcontaining that. - Benefits: The posting includes a paragraph about benefits and link. It says "We value your hard work... To learn more about our benefit offerings please visit: https://...". That's generic but includes a link. It's not filler like "varies". It's specific: they offer benefits and link. So we can include Benefits section with that paragraph and link. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal. The posting includes "About Us Pay Philosophy:" and then some generic text about compensation plan etc. That may be considered filler? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. The Pay Philosophy paragraph is somewhat generic but still provides info about compensation plan, commission/bonus, etc. Might be considered substantive? It's not filler like "commensurate with experience". It says: "Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role." That's somewhat generic but still info. However we already have Pay section with salary range; we could also include that paragraph under Pay or Benefits? Probably better to keep Pay section concise: salary range and note final offer based on experience and skills. The extra paragraph may be considered filler but not explicitly prohibited. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". The paragraph does not contain those exact phrases, but it's somewhat generic. However we could include it as part of Pay section to avoid thin sections. But we already have Pay section; adding more detail is okay. Similarly, Benefits section: we have paragraph about benefits and link. That's substantive. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is "Client Services Manager II". Not to be used as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

Schedule
This selected person must live in Chicago within 50 miles of Chicago office, with on-site requirements two days a week. Please note this is subject to change.
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed those lines. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't duplicate. Check for any placeholder text: we have no "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. The Pay Philosophy paragraph includes "varies based on multiple factors". The word "varies" appears but not as placeholder phrase; it's part of a sentence. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). It mentions "varies" as an example of filler. However the phrase "varies" appears in the Pay Philosophy paragraph: "which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors". That includes the word "vary". The instruction says "varies" as filler; but it's ambiguous whether they want to avoid any occurrence of the word "varies". Likely they want to avoid sections where the content is just "varies" as placeholder. But having the word "varies" in a sentence is probably okay. However to be safe, we could remove the Pay Philosophy paragraph entirely, leaving only the concrete salary range. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. The Pay Philosophy paragraph is somewhat generic but still provides some info about compensation plan. Might be considered thin but not filler. However the instruction about "varies" might be a hint to avoid generic statements like "varies based on experience". The salary range already includes that. So we could keep just the salary range line and drop the Pay Philosophy paragraph. That would reduce risk. Similarly, Benefits paragraph includes generic statements but also a link; it's substantive enough. Thus final HTML:About the role
