Key Responsibilities
- Work with Account Directors and Account Executives in a team environment.
- Interact with commercial property and casualty clients to provide daily program servicing and client relationship management.
- Participate with the account team to conduct exposure analysis, risk assessments, program audits and coverage analysis.
- Coincide with the account team to coordinate the communication of program alternatives and manage the underwriting submission process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, insurance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Florida General Lines (2-20) license is required.
- Minimum of 3 years commercial insurance experience required.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Effective oral and written communication skills and effective negotiation skills.
- Up-to-date technology skills required to work in a highly automated and paperless environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with municipality work.
- Knowledge of Applied systems (TAM and/or EPIC).
- Advanced training towards AAI or API designations or INS Certification helpful.
