Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Client Service team members through regular feedback, goal setting, and professional development conversations
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support team members in building confidence, expanding skills, and achieving professional growth
- Develop, document, and improve workflows, procedures, and service standards
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Partner with advisors and leadership on strategic initiatives and firm-wide improvements
- Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and priorities to ensure sustainable success
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Assist with performance management and career development initiatives
- Provide guidance through challenging situations and help facilitate thoughtful conflict resolution
- Lead change initiatives and help the team successfully adapt to evolving business needs
- Promote and model Ardent's values, culture, and commitment to exceptional service
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client service environment
- Previous experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or developing team members
- Experience improving processes and creating operational efficiencies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships across all levels of an organization
- Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations and resolve challenges professionally
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Industry licensing or active pursuit of licensing preferred
- Experience within a wealth management practice is strongly preferred

Pay
Salary: $85,000-$100,000 annually, exempt, depending on experience and qualifications
