CLIENT SERVIE LIAISON NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE START AT A LAW FIRM IN DOWNTOWN MIAMI. THIS IS A LONG TERM PROJECT (A YEAR) WITH POTENTIAL TO GO PERM. THE HOURLY RATE IS $22/HOUR, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 9AM-5PM. Qualified candidates should email their to jmoses@phaxis.com Responsibilities and DutiesDeliver high-quality customer service handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with clientsresponsible for managing client correspondence, verifying and uploading documents into case management systems, Collect, validate, and upload client documentation into case management platforms.Ordering of medical records, interacting with firm vendors as neededManage client expectations by explaining the settlement/claims process clearly.Develops and maintains records on cases.Performs other related duties as assigned. QualificationsQuick learner and ability to understand legal language and case settlement processes and other related matters .Adept at learning and using legal software.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.Bachelor's degree preferred, Associates degree minimum
